Tonglen is a unique and beautiful place to spend a summer in Denali, and we are looking for talented staff to join our team.
We are now accepting applications for the 2022 summer season!
Tonglen Lake Lodge opened for its first season in 2013, and each summer we are busier and more successful than the last mainly due to our incredible staff!
Our season runs from mid-May to mid-September.

Benefits of working at Tonglen Lake Lodge
We are a small and locally owned company.
The lodge is located on a secluded five acres on Tonglen Lake - close enough to enjoy everything Denali National Park has to offer, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main entrance area of the park.
Competitive compensation, season-end bonus for completion of contract, and tips divided equally among all seasonal staff.
Housing is available both on- and off-site and includes access to laundry and showers.
Breakfast provided daily and staff also get a 50% discount in our Artisan Café.
Community events with renowned Alaskan artists, performers, musicians, and authors (suspended for 2021-22).
Access to area activities: hiking, rafting, bus tours, zip lining, biking, and fishing. (Many local tour companies will offer FREE tours for Employees)
