Start your day off right with an Artisan Café espresso drink made with fresh coffee beans from Kaladi Brothers Coffee, an award winning Alaskan Coffee Roaster. Our on-site bakery offers sweet and savory scones and muffins, along with a selection of meat and veggie quiche. Our breakfast sandwich and house-made granola with Greek yogurt and fruit is the local favorite. The café exclusive recipes for baked oats and summer porridge will make you glad you have several mornings to enjoy what our café has to offer!

Afternoon Tea

Daily from 3:00 - 4:00 pm

Referesh yourself with a cup of tea or coffee and a some baked goods after a long day hiking or looking for wildlife on a bus in Denali National Park.

Cocktail Hour

Daily from 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Alaska-brewed beer, fine wines, and cocktails are available for purchase to enjoy under the midnight sun in our Artisan Café. We also provide complimentary snacks  and appetizers each evening. Tonglen Lake staff are available to assist you in planning your next day's excursions or simply to share stories of the area. Relax on the swings around the campfire, roast mashmellows and enjoy the company of fellow guests. Be sure to check our evening Tonglen walk and campfire schedules.

Dinner Service

Daily from 6:00 - 8:00 pm

After a long day in the Denali Wilderness we welcome you to sit down in the main lodge overlooking Tonglen Lake and take in the view as we prepare your evening meal.  Though we don't offer a full menu, you will find your three choices to be well thought out and equally satisfying! Dinner options will rotate night to night so everyone will have a new option each night!
